Same-Day Shipping
We offer same-day shipping for orders placed before the following cut-off times:
- Monday – Thursday: 3:00 PM CST
- Friday: 12:00 PM CST
Orders placed after these cut-off times will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Weekend & Holiday Shipping
We do not ship or fulfill orders on:
- Saturdays
- Sundays
- Observed holidays
Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
Overnight Shipping
Overnight orders placed after the same-day shipping cut-off will not be shipped the same day.
If you require urgent next-day delivery:
- Please contact us directly
- We will do our best to accommodate your request
Shipping & Carrier Responsibility
Once your package has been dropped off with the carrier:
- Tracking information will be provided
- We have access to the same tracking details as you
At that point, delivery timelines and updates are managed by the shipping carrier.
