Refund policy

We want you to feel confident when placing your order. Please read our policy carefully:

• 30-Day Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.  
• No Returns or Exchanges on Opened Items: For health and safety reasons, once an item has been opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check that you are ordering the correct sizes and items before completing your purchase.
• Return Shipping Costs: All return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Inspection & Processing: Returns will only be processed after the item has been received and reviewed to confirm it is unopened, unused, and in original condition. Once approved, your refund or exchange will be issued.
